Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
Processing time
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
Delivery to the United States and Canada typically takes around 7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, or holiday periods.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders to the United States and Canada. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Discreet packaging
Every order ships in plain outer packaging. The product name does not appear on the box or the shipping label. The sender name shown on the label is a neutral company name.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.
Customs and import duties
Orders are shipped from China. Import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s rules and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping costs in this case are the customer’s responsibility.
